Construction company requires Architectural Supervisor, must be able to coordinate and oversee architectural works on high-end resiential projects and all other contruction-related activities. Minimum 4 to 5 years experience. The applicant must have the following :-
1. Team work mindset
2. Liaising with sub-contractors, consultants and clients also relevant authorities.
3. Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, including subcon and update status of shop drawings etc..
4. Routine inspection and quality assessments.
5. Compile and hand over architectural documentation, include as-bulit drawing submissions for high-end residential projects.
