**Our Client**:
Our client is one of the top Japanese healthcare companies, acting as the ASEAN regional hub, providing optimal service and therapy to their customers. They're actively looking for a Senior Medical Affairs Manager to join their team in Singapore.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Planning and implementation of strategic medical activities including

KOL development, engagement, and communication of clinical data
Organize experts meeting, CME, webinar, other scientific meetings from agenda development with marketing, vendor sourcing, contact development, speaker briefing and meeting execution
Organize regional/local advisory board meeting for products that are to be launched or recently launched for insights generation
Educating corporate members
Dealing with questions from stakeholders
Establishing scientific data bases
- Providing scientific information including

Present the clinical data of the products to stakeholders
Deliver training on products and disease areas
Providing scientific input, co-develop, review, and approve medical marketing materials
Develop and update Medical Affairs SOP as needed
Medical information resource for internal and external questions
Respond to off-label questions
Review potential products that are being evaluated
- Liaison to stakeholders including

Key global and regional KOLs
Business partners in obtaining information on products and support for medical information questions
Support ASEAN affiliates in their local scientific meetings or advisory board meetings as needed
- Other company-related instructions from the Managing Director

**The Requirements**:

- Minimum MBBS, PhD or Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical/Biology Science
- Minimum 6 years in Medical Affairs in a Pharmaceutical company, with ASEAN regional experience
- Therapeutic fields in Central Nervous System/Psychiatry, and preferably in Endocrinology and Nephrology
- Strong knowledge/experience with KOL development, communication and relationship building, including presenting clinical data of products
- Develop and execute medical strategies and tactics for existing key products and launching products
- Possess experience in conducting training on products and disease and creating/review Medical/Scientific and Commercial/Promotional materials
- Willing to travel, as and when required
