Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes for the interior design company.
- Process incoming invoices, verify accuracy, and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.
- Prepare and send out customer invoices for services rendered or products sold.
- Follow up on outstanding customer invoices, send payment reminders, and manage collections.
Requirement
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling AP/AR
- Able to work in fast pace environment
- Work 5 days, Monday to Friday
