**Job Description & Requirements**

This role supports the Finance team in SOS’s accounting and reporting works. The scope includes processing expense claims, preparing payments, generating invoices, checking and recording daily receipts, fixed assets management, data entry, and assisting in monthly accounts closing.

He/She will provide administrative support to the project work undertaken by the Finance team.
- Process staff & volunteers' expense claim
- Process vendor invoice
- Prepare payment for approval
- Prepare invoice to customer and upload to vendor’s portal
- Follow up on overdue customer invoices
- Liaising with customers and vendors
- Fixed assets tagging and maintaining fixed assets register
- Post financial data to the accounting system
- Assist in month-end journal entries
- Other ad hoc assignment

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Bookkeeping skills
- 1-year experience in managing accounts payable and receivable
- Procurement and general administration skills

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,400.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
