**Responsibilities**
- Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks
- To carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance
- Attend to defects and complaints promptly
- Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Operate, isolate and rectify building addressable fire alarm systeM/Fault
- Replacing Smoke Detector, manual call point, etc.
- Conduct Fire alarm testing

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment
- Possess at least ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management
- Honest, committed and hardworking individual

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
