**Contract Period**:

- 25 Aug 2025 to 24 Aug 2027 (2 yrs)

**Deployment**:

- Mon to Sat: 8 am to 5 pm

**Scope of works**:

- Identify and trouble shoot breakdowns during working hours and taking appropriate rectification works
- Complete Daily routine checks
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance works
- Supervise any facility works carried out by contractors
- Attend break down calls - light change, Power trip and air con issues
- Help in moving furniture and other logistics support
- Monitor Inventory records

**Requirements**:

- Min 2 Yrs Experience in Maintenance works
- Knowledge in Facility systems such as Fire alarm, Lift M&E systems etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per month
