**Job Requirements**:

- Carry out hands-on engineering maintenance and repair on Electrical Power Services such as HT/LT Switchboard, Transformer, Generator, UPS, Lighting/Power, other electrical equipment, and non-clinical/medical equipment.
- Attend to breakdowns, complaints/feedback, and tenant service calls on building services/facilities, perform relevant repair works, and follow up with the submission of relevant service/maintenance reports to the respective person.
- Escort and supervise works carried out by contractors to ensure compliance with a method statement, risk assessment, and workplace safety.
- Hands-on and able to carry out handyman and breakdown maintenance works (e.g., electrical, sanitary, plumbing, minor repairs, etc.)
- Hands-on perform routine/periodic inspections, monitoring, and checks on a variety of building services/facilities, follow up with the submission of checklist/report/defects list to the superior, and carry out necessary rectification works
- Clear chokes in manholes, main soil & waste pipe, common corridor, and balcony rainwater downpipes, building aprons, void decks, and wash areas around the property
- Rescue passengers trapped in lifts
- Response/operate the fire alarm system in Fire Command Centre (FCC).
- Monitor CCTV, and card access systems, and report any incidents or faults immediately.
- Be a part of the CERT team or Fire Warden and respond to emergencies.
- Assist to monitor expenses and control the maintenance budget
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by in charge person
