Improve work safety and work quality
- To plan, execute, the work on site to complete safely on time, on budget.
- Ensure proper control and utilization of material resources
- Supervise protection and preservation of equipment
- Ensure rules and regulations of the Company and government are being complied with
- Responsible for the installation of accommodation and outfitting such as paneling, ceiling floor, insulation and etc
- Supervise the installation of HVAC systems
- Install fire and life-saving equipment
- Review the production work processes to enhance efficiency and production
- Coordinate and build good rapport with both internal and external customers (surveyors and clients)
- Assist in supervising of his workforce:

- Look after the welfare of the workers
- Ensure the discipline of the workers
- Ensure the work safety of the workers
- Deploy and utilize manpower effectively
- Plan and organize jobs to workers
- Manage and control subcontractor’s workers
- Manage the career development and training of personnel
- Assist the Superintendent to arrange inspections with third party (surveyors or clients)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Naval Architecture / Civil / Marine and Offshore / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Certificate of Competency (Marine Engineer Officer) Class 1 (Motorship), or its equivalent.
- NTC 2 / NITEC in a marine related trade.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience for diploma holders for Engineer position, and 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders for Senior Engineer position.
