Sort out internal & external mails, courier bags, franking of out-going mails and procurement of pantry items/stationeries. Filing and scanning of documents such as invoices and any other documents related to Corp Admin. Processing of invoices and tabulating of mobile usage & any other. Liaise with vendors or contractors for any fault reported within the office premises and covering Covering of reception duties whenever necessary.
