Sort out internal & external mails, courier bags, franking of out-going mails and procurement of pantry items/stationeries.
- Filing and scanning of documents such as invoices and any other documents related to Corp Admin.
- Processing of invoices and tabulating of mobile usage & any other.
- Liaise with vendors or contractors for any fault reported within the office premises and covering
- Covering of reception duties whenever necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties by supervisor
**Requirements**:
- Willing to learn and comfortable to communicate with people
- Meticulous & attention to detail
- Able to complete given tasks in a timely manner
- Proficient in MS Office
- Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon & Wed) & 8.30am to 5.30pm (Fri).
