- Review and reconcile payroll output files including payroll register, bank file, tax computations from service provider against payroll input, employee master data reports etc.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR operation, C&B, Global mobility etc to manage APAC countries payroll operations.
- Partner with regional/ global functional teams to serve as point of contact for payroll operations escalations and query resolution.
- Support year end payroll activities including employee income tax filing review, other statutory filing as required by country.
- Analyze client requirements, work with internal teams to ensure timely rollout of the assigned projects.
- Configure the Payroll Application as per the Requirement document. Create BRD (Business Requirements documents ) for enhancements, client specific requirements
- Data validation, data preparation for upload, processing of historical payroll, reconciliation of data, identify issues, work with the client to address it
- Conduct Interface testing, Parallel runs. Work with client and internal teams for cut over activities.
