Receptionist/ Operation Support Executive

- 6 days work week; 4 hours per day

- Handle all incoming calls and messages promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the reception area, holding area, and meeting rooms are tidy and well-maintained.
- Attend to clients queries
- Assist in event coordination
- Coordinating appointments and Scheduling
- Support tasks in operational and business development
- Assist in Social Media marketing contents
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Psychology degree or related (ie., counselling/social work) background preferred
- Fast learner, Adaptable in changing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
