Position Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Interacting with our clients to understand their HCM needs and requirements for their businesses and guide them with adequate recommendations.
- Map the requirements to the Workday product and help configure, demo, test and implement the desired features and requirements for our clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR operations and business management, along with the Workday product capabilities and features.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, stakeholders and clients to understand their HR needs and requirements. Help develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals and client objectives.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive experience in HR operations and business management, preferably in Core HR, compensation, talent management, or any of the hire-to-retire processes.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, business processes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in HR management or related field is a plus, but not mandatory.
