Workday HCM, Workday Studio, Workday Integration and Core Connectors

**Essential Skills**:
1. Workday integration experience, current/previously Workday Integration certified

2. Hands-on Workday Integration experience in the following:
a. EIB

b. Core Connectors

c. PECI/PICOF payroll integration

d. XMLs/XSLTs and Document Transformations.

e. Workday Studio

f. Knowledge of Workday Extend is an added advantage

g. Custom Reports

3. JavaScript / HTML

4. Eclipse

5. SOAP API / Web services

**Optional (good to have)**:
1. HCM /Travel & Expense Functional

2. Absence and Time Tracking Functional

3. Experience in PRISM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Comprehend data integrations from multiple endpoint systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
- Basic understanding of the Security Configuration and Business Process set up in the tenant is a must.
- Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB, and supplement with any 3rd party coding.
- Support system upgrades, changes, and modifications, including evaluation of Workday releases.
- To develop BIRT reports using Eclipse IDE.
- Experience to write Unix scripts, knowledge on Connect Direct and SFTP protocol are added advantage.

- Excellent English communication skills - both written and spoken
- Effective working relationships with all functional units of the organization
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fast learner and able to work independently or as part of a team.
