As the Senior Manager, Talent Operations, you will be instrumental in leading the Talent Operations team that will allow us to build scalable Talent operations processes globally. In this role, you will partner with key business stakeholders throughout the organisation and our Talent team to seek out opportunities to build, improve, and align processes and policies that enable an employee experience that is seamless and efficient. This impactful position requires superior analytical strength, attention to detail, open communication and the ability to work autonomously on assigned projects, which will contribute to the long-term success of a quickly-growing team. This role will report directly to the VP of Talent.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead Talent Operations functions across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, utilisation of our HRMS, internal policies, region specific regulations, employee benefits, employee engagement and talent performance management.
- Design, implement, and monitor key HR operations metrics to provide necessary data files and reporting to support business processes.
- Ensure performance reviews are conducted as per calendar, processing of bi-annual and off-cycle increments, performance incentives and other payouts.
- Oversee the development and management of thoughtful, scalable, HR policies and processes that shape the employee lifecycle and are compliant, efficient, and scalable. This includes onboarding, offboarding, and other compliance related efforts.
- Partner with Talent leadership and specialty groups, including People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and other people teams to anchor and manage key people projects.
- Analyse, problem-solve, and process data and metrics to identify business process challenges, recommend & implement innovative solutions for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness that drive the full Employee life cycle.
- Working with stakeholders to implement sustainable governance processes for data, process, service, and systems.
- Foster teamwork, coach and provide effective feedback to the team members.
- Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet corporate standards and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 to 10 Years of proven work experience in Talent/HR operations with a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or similar field.
- Experience using Hibob or other HR systems.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, slightly ambiguous environment.
- Energised by problem solving, thinking critically and diving into data to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in developing and automating dashboards and key metrics is a plus.
- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with peers and leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
