To actively contribute to the company vision of putting the world on vacation, by developing a comprehensive understanding of the business KPIs especially in the in marketing and sales operations areas. Providing analysis of the various KPIs that drive the Marketing and Sales operations to lead improved decision making and assisting monthly forecast preparation and submission.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:_(Include but not limited to:)_**
- Provide financial modelling and analytical support for new projects, initiatives and as required by Senior Management for Asia
- Management of insightful Tableau reporting dashboards
- Manage the Asia FPA functions
- Assist in development and innovation of financial modelling and templates
- Daily, weekly and monthly Reporting per agreed reporting formats for Management
- Lead and complete annual Asia Budget process for US reporting
- Complete monthly US Forecast deliverables for Asia
- Adhoc project work and feasibility studies
- Oversee modelling of pay plans across the business in Asia
- Review existing information flows and redefine sources of information and KPI’s as appropriate
- Review monthly sales metrics, CPG etc and proactively assist to manage to budget
- Maintain and Process monthly allocation journals as required
- Contribute to the development of the Financial Planning and Analysis team and work with others in the team to achieve all team deliverables
- Work with the Business to develop innovative solutions to problems & suggest new ways of reporting, analysis and improving business processes. Where required, act as a project manager to the business to drive the improvements to a successful completion.

**KEY POSITION CRITERIA**:

- Accounting or Finance related degree ideally with CPA or CA
- High attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Sound business acumen and strong analytical skills
- Advanced computing and modelling skills
- Excellent data management skills in MS Excel
- Recent experience in a Management Accounting / Analyst role
- Ability to multi task and work effectively to produce results within strict timeframes
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with Senior Management and business operations
- Ability to work to deadlines, including after-hours work when required.
