**Senior Associate / Senior Associate Executive,Radiography Admin (Contract)**

To provide administrative support of Radiography Service,and perform a liaison function to ensure smooth flow of information within thedepartment and with relevant external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**
- Creation of patient records in system from manual records; ensuring accuracy in data capture in a timely manner.
- Receiving of documents from dispatch; ensuring and tallying documents received with the list of names.
- Archiving of softcopy of scanned images from recordings in CDs to system; to create the order for examination in the system as well. Following up to provide hardcopy completed system orders and reports once Radiologists have reported.
- Other adhoc administrative tasks as assigned and any other reports preparation as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Higher NITEC certificate. Applicants with GCE N / O levels and some experience in administrative roles may be considered.
- Good proficiency in English, able to speak and write well.
- Computer literate and able to navigate new systems.
- Meticulous as it involves data of patients, independent in
- Prior experience in healthcare as added advantage
- Must be fully vaccinated by COVID-19 vaccinations
