**Attachment Overview**

This position reports to the Human Resources (HR) and Head of Accountant, interfaces with Organisation managers and company's overall staff. J2 CONSULTANT PTE. **Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:

- Understanding our company’s organisation, our business operation flow, our product & services, industries that our clientele from, our local and overseas supplier. Trainee will also be guided with the hierarchy system within the team and who to look for within our company.
- Assisting the HR and Admin Manager in day-to-day activities, including but not limited to office operations and employee relations.
- Organising and maintain personnel records, entering new data and updating previous employee data in internal HR databases. Reviewing, revising and updating company policies as per instructed, or recommend when required. Preparing of various HR documents, including new hire guides, employment contracts, compensation lists. Assist recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and other HR staff with activities, such as onboarding of new recruits. Be the first point of contact with external partners, such as insurance vendors, to ensure legal compliance.

- Enabling trainee to handle tasks such as creating company policies, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR-related reports.
- To learn and be familiarised J2 Consultant Pte. Ltd.'s data entry, Book keeping and Bank Concilation.
- To be able to have strong communication skills, project relavant information clearly and effectively in written and oral communications, juggle all tasks in timely manner. Have problem solving abilities.
