**Manager, HR Business Partner**

Act as a strategic People business partner to the Singapore business responsible for the full lifecycle of Singapore-based employees. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Business Partnering & Engagement, the successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting and delivering effective people-based solutions across the business to build a high-performance organisation by empowering and engaging our employees.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships and confidently partner with Centre/Operations & HQ leadership to enable execution of organizational and people-related strategies that deliver on the Busy Bees business strategies, goals and workplan
- Act as a proactive business partner on various HR functions including, but not limited to **strategic workforce planning**, career planning, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, engagement, leadership, organizational development and change management
- Work with other HR functions to deliver a compelling employee lifecycle for all employees from onboarding to offboarding
- Support the effective and transparent execution of manpower planning and deployment policies and practices to meet organizational needs whilst balancing interests and strengths of individual employees
- Support HR functions such as Talent Development & Management, Talent Acquisition & Employee Branding, Compensation & Benefits, and HRIS on the delivery of their projects to the organization
- As a team, constantly review talent and leadership developmental needs and collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify top performers and high potentials, delivering effective development plans to build capability at organizational and individual level
- Support the building of an engaged and committed workforce through the implementation of holistic employee wellness programs for the employees
- Enable clear transparent communication to all employees through appropriate communication channels and activity
- Work with stakeholders to build an open and inclusive Busy Bees culture to boost employee morale and commitment
- Support simplification initiatives and drive HR simplification
- Participate or lead various assigned HR projects, including Integration of acquired businesses
- Required Skills/Abilities:_
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Education and Experience:_
- A BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; MBA or MA/MS in human resources or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 6-8 years of HR experience, with at least five years in HR business partnering
