**Responsibilities**:
- Data Quality Assurance:
- Develop, implement & maintain strategies to assess and improve the quality of our data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Establish standards, guidelines, and best practices for data quality.
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and rectify data quality issues.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Using data quality and reporting technology to measure, capture and report in a consistent and meaningful way across domains.
- Act as a key point of contact in stakeholder management, facilitating effective communication between technical and non-technical parties.
- Process Optimization:
- Lead process discovery workshops for stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Develop the change management framework & drive alignment of metrics for optimized processes.
- Track & publish value realization & adoption statistics.
- Data Governance:
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures.
- Define data access controls, data retention policies, and data security measures.
- Education & Capability Building:
- Upskilling & being a consultant to team members on data quality best practices.
- Grow a network of data owners, stewards, custodians and stakeholders to support and facilitate improving data quality and good data practices.
- Be vigilant about market developments in data and its evolutions. Bring value added improvements to organization.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
**Related Work Experience**:
- 10+ years’ of related professional experience, ideally in the Consumer products industry.
- Experience leading technical groups and/or teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools).
- Cognizant of data privacy & data sharing policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience working in a networked and matrix organization
- Working knowledge or experience in process optimization
- Working knowledge or experience in implementing automation tools such as Workato
- Familiar with APIs & UI/UX principles.
- Proven track record in piloting and scaling IT innovation
- Ability to manage, mentor and upskill team members.
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-member role.
- Stakeholder Management experience to senior executive levels. This role will require excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to push through ambiguity to align diverse stakeholder groups towards aligned goals.
