
Senior Director, Ethics

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a highly motivated compliance leader to manage our E&C Program operations globally. The role will report to the Chief Compliance Officer and partner extensively with business leadership and other cross-functional stakeholders. The role will be primarily responsible for designing and implementing a risk management framework; developing templates, playbooks, and tools for policies and procedures; and testing and monitoring the E&C Program.
- **Regional Leadership.** Lead the integrated E&C Program ensuring that all compliance policies, processes, training and risk remediation efforts are properly aligned with stakeholders and the goals of the Program.
- **Risk Management.** Design and implement the legal compliance risk assessment process; assist business units in mitigating and remediating risks; design effective compliance controls and operational tools; and develop data-driven testing and monitoring measures.
- **Compliance Resource.** Serve as a key E&C point of contact regionally and for compliance policy issues, including gifts, meals, travel and entertainment, sponsorships, donations, and conflicts of interest.
- **Training and Communications.** Partner with business units, HR, Legal and other teams to ensure consistent communication and training to employees and third party business partners.
- **Third Party Due Diligence.** Assist with the implementation of the third party due diligence and oversight program.
- **Investigations.** Conduct investigations of allegations of misconduct or violations of the law or company policy by employees or third party business partners.
- **Reporting.** Assist with board and senior leadership reporting based on key performance indicators.
**Other Job Responsibilities**
- Directly manage one individual contributor responsible for E&C Program operations
- Support on a dotted-line basis a broader team of other individual contributors responsible for the implementation and execution of E&C Program initiatives worldwide
- Serve as an E&C thought leader and mentor
**Minimum Qualifications**- BA/BS in related field, advanced degree preferred
- Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Internal Auditor, or comparable professional certification
- More than 10 years of leadership experience in ethics and compliance management, financial accounting, auditing or similar functions
- Demonstrated experience in the design, implementation, and monitoring of preventative and detective controls over compliance risks
- Significant prior experience in third party business partner (supply chain or channel distribution) management, finance or auditing
- Significant project management experience and ability to prioritize projects and responsibilities
- Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, organizational, problem solving and presentation skills
- Team player with high degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Ability to influence key decision makers at senior levels of leadership
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, or Korean
- Ability to travel up to 30% internationally
