**Key Responsibilities**:_
- Partner with department leaders to develop medium-and long-term business strategies, offering expert guidance and sound judgment to enhance research and analysis.
- Foster business partnerships and provide consultation to align functional strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate actionable plans that drive significant, sustainable improvements in business performance, positioning the organization for future success.
- Rapidly familiarize yourself with various business functions to identify process improvement opportunities that enhance revenue, lower OPEX and CAPEX.
- Design organizational structures that support strategic initiatives and process improvements.
- Oversee day-to-day execution of in-house consulting projects, ensuring internal stakeholder needs are met effectively.
- Prepare and deliver reports on organizational transformation progress to business leaders.
- Develop and implement management tools (e.g., action trackers) to help the organization achieve its ambitious goals with agility and mínimal risk.
- Facilitate workshops with front-line employees and managers, motivating and coaching teams as needed.
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement bold changes that sustainably alter strategic, operational, and financial trajectories.
- **Requirements**:_
- At least 7 years of consulting or relevant experience in the chemical/petrochemical or oil & gas industry with public sector background
- Bachelor Degree in business administration or change management
- Demonstrated leadership in driving organizational change, managing turnarounds, and creating effective operating models.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize findings into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
- Highly self-motivated and organized, with strong analytical capabilities and a knack for conceptual thinking.
