Singapore TWIN POWER SPECIALIST PTE. LTD. Full time

Coordination of M&E services with other Architectural / Consultant work include M&E domestic subcontract work and all necessary building and structure works
- Design Electrical System, Drafting for Lighting, Power, Piping Layout, Tray & Trucking and Single Line Diagram
- Calculation Load & Estimating for Electrical requirement materials
- Estimating the B.O.Q of installation materials for Project and Calculator of the Material and Labour Cost
- Job site visiting.
- Responsible for taking-offs, filing variations, conducting measurements.
- Handles contract administration and settlement of final accounts with clients ; sub-contractors.
- Responsible for general on-site technical and engineering matters.
- Site work co-ordination with client, suppliers & subcontractors.
- Prepare monthly progress report and technical proposals.
- Plan the construction operations according to Project Management Plan.
- Conduct inspections and checking on site works.
- Attend site meetings.
- Good Skill in using of AutoCAD.
- Ability to learn and adapt new procedures quickly.
- Can work independently as well and accomplish reports in time even under pressure.
