**Guest Relations/Host/Hostess**

We are currently looking for a talented Guest Relations Executive to join our fine dining team. Be our face that welcomes guest into our humble homes

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome all incoming guests, check in their reservations, and escort them to their assigned table via 7Rooms.
- Assist guests with special requests or inquiries, providing personalised recommendations and ensuring all their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Assist in coordinating events, private dining, and special requests to create memorable, customized experiences for guests.
- Make thoughtful menu recommendations by leveraging extensive knowledge of the restaurant’s offerings.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain the restaurant's ambiance, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
- Provide the team with a roll-up of reservations before each shift, and inform management of any large parties, special reservation notes, dietary restrictions, or VIP guests.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in a fine dining set up or pre-opening
- Wine knowledge is an added plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in various reservations system including 7rooms
