**Team Summary**

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers and merchants) and solving their strategic problems, focused on improving performance and profitability. Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact projects with tangible financial results.

**What a **Managed Service Delivery Lead, Asia Pacific does at Visa**:
Reporting into the Asia Pacific (AP) Head of Managed Services - VCA, the Delivery Manager will lead strategy and operationalization of the VMS delivery capability across all markets in Asia Pacific.

You will play a critical role in the scaling of VMS in AP, working closely with AP hub, in-market consulting and delivery teams to define and implement the required operating models & go-to-market plans - developing the sales materials, implementation guides, staffing & partnership models, pricing and governance structures.

You will also lead and manage ongoing delivery of the VMS Benefits Platform, which provides client(s) with access to key customer benefits that can be accessed by end consumers. They will work closely with client(s) and vendors to enhance and expand the platform to capture more benefits.

To succeed in this role, you will need to excel in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Managed Services engagements cover a wide variety of client strategic imperatives, from driving profitable lifecycle programmes, to implementation of new capabilities or Visa products, to building new digital customer journeys. VMS not only drives significant partnership value and strengthens Visa’s relationships with our clients, but it also enables rapid implementation of key priorities, which drive incremental revenue back to both the client as well as Visa.

**Projects you will be a part of**:

- Optimize and expand Managed Services processes and capabilities to help VCA accelerate revenue generation allowing VMS to significantly improve operational efficiencies by having better execution processes while expanding the portfolio of use cases.
- Build robust relationships with 3rd party vendors to augment VMS teams, develop structured governance to continuously manage, actively manage dependency and cost of using third parties
- Establish consistent and robust governance processes for client delivery, ensure gaps are identified and addressed early
- Build operating models with data science and technology teams to ensure robust and consistent delivery of projects in-market
- Implementation process improvement - identify areas of opportunity in the principal use cases to develop key tools and processes. Such as,
- Sales Materials - to facilitate the go to market strategy
- RACI Matrix - to guarantee roles and responsibilities and the correct governance of the project
- Implementation process and requirements - detailed materials on how to operate a project along with the necessary tools to guarantee quality and knowledge transfer
- Lead and manage ongoing delivery of benefits platform, which provides client(s) with access to key customer benefits that can be accessed by end consumers
- Point person managing relationship with client(s) and vendors for purpose of the platform. Assess vendor performance and look for opportunities to achieve better cost efficiency, or build new features into the platform
- Expand program benefits, conducting Request for Proposals (RFPs) to assess vendor capabilities and recommend new vendors to onboard onto the platform. Work with internal stakeholders to onboard new vendors
