**Trade Management**

**Responsibilities**:

- Service monitoring
- Monitor performance of the assigned locations
- Monitor the distribution of volume to ensure that locations are moving cargo to the proper direction

- Monthly reports preparation for internal use and for R/A customers, and as when required

**Product Planning**

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform service design and vessel deployment through P&L simulation and analysis
- Negotiate terms with other carriers and draft agreement for joint services
- Prepare weekly/ monthly reports on vessel utilization and margin contribution
- Monitor contractual changes
- Monitor and prepare vessel costing and consolidation of service performance for owner's meeting

**SOC Sales Department**

**Responsibilities**:

- Servicing of customer and maintain CRM with existing and new customers
- Telemarketing and canvassing of cargo support from accounts for all sectors
- Keeping proper records of rate table and updating rates into system
- Compile loading statistics for SOC weekly and monthly reports
- Provide sailing schedule and sales administration support by sending quotations, timely rates filing and approval
- Monitor Competitor's activity and constant feedback
- Compile market studies/research on new trade and business
- Assisting in Mainline Tenders on preparing network services, statistics, tender bids, etc
- Prepare marketing reports and/or analysis related to service or location performance improvement
- Monitoring and follow up with internal stakeholders to facilitate space management, resolving issues/disputes for SOC shippers

**Requirement**:

- Degree qualification in business / economics/ logistics / maritime studies
- Proficient in MS Words & Excel
