
Key Accounts Manager

**Responsibilities**
- **Business Development**:Develop new business with prospects in the Office, Warehouse, Building and Data Centre markets. Engage with ‘C’ level executives to develop executive relationships. Work closely with partners to drive partner-led opportunities.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Overall responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our software solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.Manage and update the sales pipeline using CRM software, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and progress. Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to effectively position our solutions.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 4 years of Outside Sales experience, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, passionate about technology, capable of working independently, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willing to travel within Singapore and Johor Malaysia. Preferably have own transport and driving license.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
