**Your key responsibilities**

Funds Investment Specialist covering a range of managed investment solutions including ETFs and mutual funds primarily, as well as alternative investments. The specialist will work closely with investment and client advisors to provide managed investment solutions for clients. This includes assessing product needs, creating fund-solutions / positioning along with regular follow-on updates. In addition to the sales function, the specialist will be involved in ongoing product management and the maintenance of the APAC funds platform.

The objective is to improve partnership with investment and client advisors through idea generation, implementation and after-sales support so as to increase managed investments penetration.
- Building, developing and maintaining relationships with internal sales (RM/IM/OM) and partnering with them to deliver relevant and timely fund solutions according to client objectives
- Working closely with A&S to support fund campaigns
- Work with CIO, research and external managers to develop content on new fund ideas and updates on existing funds
- Perform funds comparison analyses across a range of asset classes and parameters
- Collaborate with asset managers in providing / organizing fund launches / updates for internal sales or client events
- Regular production of funds publications and materials distribution
- Ongoing maintenance and update of Funds platform database
- Manage a range of client and product data analytics
- Provide operational support for trade set ups and enquiries

**Your skills and experience**
- Minimum Bachelors degree or the equivalent in finance or related discipline
- At least 5 years of asset allocation, advisory experience is required with a strong understanding of funds investment products
- Strong experience and interest in markets, asset management, and understanding of traditional and alternative asset classes
- Individuals with industry knowledge and background from Wealth Management, Private Banking and Asset Management firms
- Exhibit strong communication (verbally & written), interpersonal and organizational skills when engaging internally and externally with clients
- The specialist will need to be able to work independently and multi-task within a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external).
- They should possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen desire to excel.
- Fluency in Mandarin to facilitate communication with Mandarin speaking clients
- Team player that is self-motivated
- Ability to use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint effectively

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
