**Details of the Division and Team**:
Working for the Asia Pacific Marketing Team within the International Private Bank, you will be responsible for conceptualising and delivering client experiences, including the management of bespoke regional programme and initiatives to drive client engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing for Asia Pacific, you will work closely with Wealth stakeholders to understand their business strategies and client focus and translating them into exceptional client experiences.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Develop a marketing strategy for the Wealth Management business with focus for South-East Asia that will drive awareness and engagement with key benefits
- Provide strategic and tactical counsel to key internal stakeholders, with a focus on the bank’s Wealth Management business
- Cross functional-collaboration with key stakeholders across Front Office, CIO, Products, infrastructure etc. to enable smooth execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns designed to increase wealth benefits engagement, including events (offline and online), to increase client experiences.
- Support global campaigns and events for regional roll-out.
- Consistently innovate and stay up to date on event technology and trends
- Ensure adherence to policies related to internal legal, compliance and creative reviews and approvals for marketing campaigns
- Effectively manage external vendors and partnerships to ensure delivery and quality of bespoke client experiences.
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the budget including invoice payment, accruals, forecasting, expense reconciliation, and proactively identify any budget issues.

**Your skills and experience**:

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing (brand, events, print, digital, sponsorships, etc.) in the financial services or banking sector.
- Experience in events planning and execution. Strong digital marketing/ content creation and writing skills will be required.
- Must be able to read and write Chinese to be able to review Marketing materials for Chinese-speaking clients.
- Proficiency in using Adobe and Microsoft Office Applications, namely Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills, with ability to interact appropriately with people across different functions and multiple levels across organization.
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
- Organized, detail-oriented with a creative flair, and resourceful in problem-solving.
- Must be prepared to travel when needed.

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirement applies.
