Digital Marketer/copywriter

Seeking a highly motivated digital marketer/copywriter who is well versed in both strategising and writing for paid social and search marketing, with over 3 years of experience. You will work closely with our co-founder and Head of Marketing and other lead marketers to conceptualise and execute marketing strategies and funnels to grow the company’s revenue and reach.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for executing full-funnel marketing campaigns which may include the following:
Strategizing and mapping out the full funnel strategy, core target audience and primary marketing channels

Ideation for social and search ads that you or other team members may execute

Copywriting

Writing headlines, descriptions, captions for image ads

Writing presell landing pages that narrow down and tailor the core marketing message to specific niches/groups of people

Writing scripts for long and short form video ad content

Industry expertise

Ecommerce-related experience as a D2C marketer is preferred

Ideally as someone working in an agency, working for multiple brands and having broad exposure/experience

Other less relevant (but still relevant) experience

Qualifications*

3+ years of experience with digital marketing and direct response copywriting

Highly motivated, passionate, results-oriented

Fast worker, multi-tasker

Digital marketing in ecommerce is very fast-paced and will often require you to meet tight deadlines

People skills

You will be working closely with a team of various graphic designers, video editors, etc to execute ads you write or conceptualise

Strong communication skills

Strong command of the English language

Perseverance

Digital marketing is a 10/90 or 20/80 field - Most of the things you test will fail and the rate of success is very low

You will have to be able to accept failure on a regular basis and be willing to re-iterate on your ideas and marketing tactics/strategies constantly

Full-time role

This marketing position is one of the most crucial within the HYDRAGUN organisation - therefore we have a strong preference for hiring within Singapore so that you can work more closely with our other two marketing leads to discuss strategy in a live setting
