This hybrid role combines managing global key accounts with driving new business growth. You’ll play a vital role in expanding our market presence while strengthening our core Protective Packaging solutions—including paper corrugated, foam, thermoformed plastics, and wooden crates—serving industries such as semiconductors, EV batteries, medical, and E/E.
- Responsible for contributing to overall sales growth and ensuring alignment with company objectives by developing new business opportunities, penetrating new segments and industries, entering new markets, and successfully securing major projects.
- Expand the core business by working with the global sales team to design and implement strategic sales plans, leveraging proactive and analytical approaches to win new accounts and penetrate emerging segments with clear, actionable plans.
- Drive business growth by capturing opportunities in the semiconductor, datacom, telecom, energy, medical, and strategic contract manufacturing sectors, with a focus on exceeding performance targets.
- Identify customer needs and lead new business initiatives aligned with global strategies and innovative product portfolios (e.g., fiber flute, lightweight woods, sustainable materials).
- Promote Sustainable portfolio and identify new Sustainable Green project to derive CO2 and hard savings.

**Requirements**:

- At least a degree in business, marketing or engineering
- Essential qualifications include demonstrated business development experience in protective packaging (paper corrugated, foam, and wooden crates), coupled with strong skills in reading customer drawings and analyzing or interpreting complex business-related documents.
- Familiar with plastics thermoforming will be added advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
