**Then come and join our global team as Business Performance & Controlling Executive to support the Business Performance Controlling team in financial reporting, controlling, and bookkeeping.**

**Your tasks and responsibilities**:

- You will work closely with respective stakeholders to ensure the books and records are properly maintained in accordance to accounting practices and Siemens Healthineers guidelines
- You will perform financial month-end closing transaction and reporting, e.g. Monthly Journal Voucher posting, affiliate billing, etc.
- You will support in preparing monthly, ad-hoc financial reports and financial presentation as required
- You will support in financial performance reporting and controlling in various functions
- You will support to prepare budget and forecast on P&L, Balance sheet, Free Cash Flow, Headcount and further update to respective tool and reporting
- You will assist in various reporting requirements and queries to Regional Head Quarters, Accounting Hub, Management, Risk and Internal Control
- You will assist in external audit queries and coordination
- You are responsible for Full Time Personnel (FTE) reporting and submission to GBS monthly
- You will assist and coordinate in annual re-organization activities

**Your qualifications and experience**:

- Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience in financial bookkeeping and analysis
- Basic finance and accounting knowledge
- Preferably 2-3 years of working experience
- Experience with Data and PowerBI is a bonus

**Your attributes and skills**:

- You have experience with SAP, Analysis for Office, Excel (Proficient with formulas, pivot tables, etc.) and PowerPoint
- You will take a proactive approach to controlling and cost management
- You possess good communication skills both verbal and written, with the ability to deal with internal stakeholders at all levels
- You possess professional, report writing skills
