**Location**: UE Square (with Work-From-Home Flexibility)
**Working Hours**: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
**Working Days**: 2-3 days per week
**Salary**: $15/hour + incentives (up to $2,000/month with incentives)
**Probation Period**: 1 month
**About the Role**
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and outgoing individual to join our team as a Part-Time Event Planner/Organizer & Administrative Staff. This role combines event planning, marketing, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations and successful events. This is a hybrid role based at UE Square, with flexibility to work from home.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Event Planning & Organization
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing focus groups, and small-scale networking events.
- Support event marketing efforts to promote participation and drive attendance.
- Interview and select suitable participants for focus groups.
- Communicate with vendors and participants to ensure smooth delivery.
- Handle event logistics such as venue arrangements, invitations, and scheduling.
2. Administrative Support
- Manage office operations including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- Provide administrative support to other departments when required.
3. Ad Hoc Projects
- Take on miscellaneous duties and projects assigned by management.
- Support cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Age: 21 years and above.
- Education: Minimum local diploma.
- Experience: At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
**Personal Attributes**:
- Outgoing and comfortable in social settings
- Independent, resourceful, and adaptable.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
