Job Description:

- Administrate the orders received and ensure that the delivery timings can be met. Coordinate with production team on orders that are to be assembled by them, providing them with work order. Communicate with Quality Check (QC) Specialists to ensure that the completed orders meet standards before delivery to customer, while identifying faults found on inadequate goods. Send customer's delivery readiness of goods once deemed ready by QC. Arrange delivery of local goods with company driver, providing necessary documents for driver to deliver alongside ordered goods to local forwarder/customers. Update order status book to ensure that orders meet timings every week.

Job Requirement:

- Prior experience in the Maritime industries and shipyards will be highly advantageous.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible, Meticulous and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $1,701.00 - $3,299.00 per month
