Sales Coordinator

Tuas, Singapore Multiheight Scaffolding Pte Ltd Full time $20,000 - $30,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operation) team.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.
  • Prepare and maintain service records, quotations, purchase orders, and related reports.
  • Monitor and track job progress, schedules, and quotations submitted to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, service engineers, and external vendors/agents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the Application and Sales teams with documentation for bidding and project proposals.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, accounts, and records.

Competency Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in Marine, Oil & Gas, or Shipyard industries will be an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Responsible, meticulous, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1, $2,500.00 per month
