**About the opportunity**

**The Major Markets Account Executives ( Business Development Manager/ Director / Executive)** are responsible for selling HCM solutions to their assigned Territory Accounts, and bring in more new logos. They might be given some accounts to handle (if they want & have bandwidth), but their main focus needs to be on bringing new clients.

For these roles we are open to meet / talk **( Business Development Manager/ Director / Executives) out of Singapore & Malaysia in HCM/ HRMS/ ERP/ Solution Sales**

**What you will get to do**

Attain sales quota by creating and executing a business plan to exceed revenue goals and expand value

Leverage internal resources and form a virtual team to develop account plans

Understand the competitors’ offerings, have a clear perception of the market evolution, and be able to define the key differentiators of our solutions and services

Develop mutually beneficial relationships with C suite and other key decision makers and influencers in assigned vertical or geography

Leverage knowledge of prospect’s business and industry, as well as HCM capabilities to establish value and create new opportunities

Establish and execute sales strategies that effectively present a solid business case to prospects and using competitive intelligence to best leverage

Lead sales engagement and involves resources as needed to address prospect’s needs and business problem(s)

Conduct negotiations on behalf of Company

Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data

Capture all relevant information in CRM system

Follow all defined processes and timelines

Keep current processes and any relevant changes

**Skills and experience we value**

Minimum 3-5 years successful sales / business development experience in HR or ERP or Solution sector in Singapore/ Malaysia region

Proven selling (mainly in solution selling), influencing, persuasion and negotiation skills

Qualifications - Degree preferred

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 3 years (preferred)
