**Job Summary**:

- The Head of Technology Solutions will lead multiple project teams to deliver complex technology solution/engineering projects that require project management expertise. The primary focus of this role is to act as business development to tender and successfully bring in technology solution/engineering projects to increase the revenue for the Company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep abreast of possible project tender invitations, review tender specifications, analyse site constraints, and plan for the best way on the project schedule, resources planning/deployment, value technology solution/engineering and made recommendation proposals to the Management
- Establish tender bidding strategy and communicate the mutually agreed bidding strategy with project tender stakeholders.
- Lead the tender project in accordance with the established bidding process.
- Prepare technical presentation slides and tender submission for technical items and to ensure that the tenders and technical proposals are planned, delivered and submitted in a timely professional manner
- Lead & provide strategic & professional guidance to the teams on matters in relation to project performance & compliance, contractual obligations & statutory requirements.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and expectations for projects in line with the Business goals to achieve profitability.
- Critically review and measure the KPIs of the projects, and present to the Management the opportunities and risks ahead.
- Develop planning strategies and highlight important issues to the teams for their early action to ensure that the project stays on course, on schedule and within budget.
- Develop strategies to anticipate how the project schedule impacts stakeholders and resolves conflicts and problems.
- Establish responsibilities and accountabilities for the teams so they understand fully their objectives, goals and expectations to align with the business goals.
- Lead and develop the teams in their professional career development.
- Review and provide constructive feedback regularly to the Project Managers on their performance regularly to promote a culture of learning and openness.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Tendering/Business Development function in the engineering/construction industry
