**Hiring Full-Time Corporate Sales Representative [Basic + Comm]**
Job Position**:Corporate Sales Executive**
Industry**:Website Design, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce Development**
**Salary**
- Basic + commission
- Basic from 2k to 3k (based on performance & experience)
- No capped on commission earnings. Earn an average of 5K additional pay-out on top of basic.
Job Responsibilities
- _**B2B Sales Representation**_
- Prospecting & following up of sales inquiries.
- Identify and understand prospects' requirements
- Persuade prospects by demonstrating how services meet their needs
- Influence customers to buy or retain product or service
- Record the prospects information accurately in company system
- Positively represent Products to partners, clients and industry collaborators.
- Proper understanding of company’s operation flow, products & services. To prevent misrepresentation.
- _**Telemarketing**_
- Cold calling to identify potential clients
- Answering incoming calls from prospective clients
- Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules
- Keep records of calls, sales and useful information
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
- _**Basic Customer Support**_
- Clarifying client's queries; delegating to the appropriate support team
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ad-hoc support to manager when assigned
- Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Strong work ethic, quick learner and willing to work with a fast-paced team
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members, internal and external customers.
