As a boutique motion design studio that holds true to our passion of the craft, we strive to make our mark internationally with our work. Join our team as our Project Manager/Producer. We are looking for a Producer who is a Multi-tasking Master, Meticulous, Patience and Responsible.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment and information.
- Manage distribution and production of project workload within the team.
- Manage and maintain record keeping of original artwork files and all projects.
- Create, allocate, and manage the budget.
- Monitors and manages resource utilisation on projects.
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.
- Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- To be highly motivated and extremely adaptable to different situations.
- Troubleshoot problems and challenges.
- Deliver (and often maintain) the end product or service.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- At least 3-4 years of experience in producing motion graphics.
- Understanding the process of a motion graphics studio would be a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, adaptability, problem solving and time management skills.
- Well-versed in English.
