We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Director, based in Singapore for a prominent real estate firm. This critical role will focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic acquisition opportunities to drive the company’s growth and market positioning.

**Key Roles**:

- Lead the M&A strategy, identifying potential acquisition targets that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to assess the viability and risks associated with prospective deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate acquired businesses and maximise synergies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, brokers, and legal advisors, to facilitate M&A transactions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors regarding M&A opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify potential growth areas.

Pay: $300,000.00 per year
