- Be responsible for the logistics operation - both import and export
- Handle enquiries and quotation as well as problem solving to both internal and external customers
- Support the business development team to follow-up on internal account setup
- Billing for Finished Goods Sea FCL/LCL & Air, weekly settlement report
- Regular status update in the system - POD and custom permit update
- Service parts - problem solving, new enquiries & quotation
- Backup for service parts operation and custom permit declaration

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in Import/Export/Transhipment/Cross trade - sea shipment
- Having a valid Dangerous Goods Regulations certificate will be an advantage
- Billing/weekly & monthly report/Profit & Loss management
- Problem solving and handle enquiries of customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel
- Knowledge in Portnet, Tradenet
- Ability to meet deadline and cope with stress
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
