This position is a 2-year contract role in the Academic Affairs Department.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage activities relating to the planning, administration, and processing of examination for full-time courses
- Coordinate with Schools on examination matters for the smooth administration of examination for full-time students
- Assist in administration of course management for full-time courses
- Support administration of credit transfer for full-time courses
- Manage departmental data requests
- Support the organisation of the Graduation Ceremony
- Participate in TP and department events, projects and initiatives
- Provide general administrative support and maintain proper documentation for the division

**JOB PREREQUISITES**
- Tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Meticulous, collaborative attitude and a good team player
- Good communication (written and spoken), interpersonal, coordination and administrative skills
- Be able to multi-task and manage tasks/projects effectively within tight deadlines
