**Logistics Management**
- Responsible for planning & ensuring smooth operations for our logistics functions
- Ensure delivery planning optimization-100% fulfilment for deliveries with no lapses in delivery process, in an effective and cost-efficient manner
- Key liaison to various department heads in company, to provide logístical support
- Work with forwarders for external logístical ordering
- Analyze & track vehicle maintenance, usage and service report
- Work with OM for forecasting of logístical needs, in view of Company expansion plans and seasonal projects
- Contingency plan to stand-in for drivers in case of emergency

**Warehouse and Inventory Management**
- Manage and optimize warehouse with clear area management plan, and ensure warehouse is well maintained & with clear stock count visuals
- Monitor (Murho inventory system) warehouse inventory to always maintain ideal stock levels
- Responsible for ordering to ensure sufficient stocks
- Responsible for the receiving and issuance of goods from Company warehouses
- Maintain & update supplier log for all inventory goods
- To assist in inventory management including inventory reconciliation and physical stock take at month end or other frequencies for various warehouses

**Manpower**
- Manage logístical manpower scheduling, training, onboarding
- Responsible for administrative process for all staff onboarding alongside with HR Department (Justlogin, Documentation)
- Handle "On Job Training Orientation" for new team member
- Work with OM to develop and maintain operational training framework and SOP
- Require Class 3 Manual Licence
- The pillar for the Logistic Team. A reliable team player

**Working Hours**
- 5.5 days per week
- Monday to Friday: 0800hrs to 1700hrs
- Weekend duties: 0800hrs to 1300hrs
