- Be an active leader in developing a culture of safety, 5S and cleanroom protocol, and help ensure compliance to fab policies, guidelines, and rules.
- Manage the timeline and accurate scheduling of all inbound/outbound site deliveries..
- Lead team meetings related to the capital goods delivery schedule.
- Support system and process upgrades through learning, documenting, and teaching others.
- Support all site inbound/outbound capital equipment projects by being an active participant of all planning and execution phases.
- Perform freight payment functions
- Develop, Analyze and Manage Global Supply Chain budget for Logistics Operations.
- Provide analytical reports, and suggestions to optimize transportation spend.
- Work with transportation providers to perform a high level of achievement to key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the day-to-day capital tools planning, delivery, and goods receipts process.
- Conduct monthly audits of capital goods receipts to ensure accuracy.
- Provide detailed, accurate reporting to the senior leadership within GLOBALFOUNDRIES.
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual accrual process in coordination with transportation providers and finance.
- Research, troubleshoot, find the root cause, and close any issues with capital goods receipts.
- Develop training materials related to logistics processes to capture knowledge and promote learning and standardization of procedures and processes.
- Train and certify team members on established processes and procedures related to logistics processes.
- Lead, drive and/or actively participate on continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and efficiencies.
- Establish a positive work environment characterized by mutual trust and respect, open and honest communications, teamwork, and a passion for winning and improving.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal customers, other departments, and GLOBALFOUNDRIES’ suppliers.
- Perform manual and clerical duties related to shipping, receiving, inspection, warehousing, stores, gowning, equipment, supplies and mail.
- Prepare documentation and enter data into logistics systems including Warehouse Management System software.
- Determine method of shipment optimizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Complete traffic estimates for internal customers and provide guidance on the best suited method of delivery
- Coordinate pickup and delivery of material with service providers.
- Ensure documentation is compliant in collaboration with logistics and trade specialist.
- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs.
- Prioritize work assignments based upon service commitment to customers and business need.
- Monitor deadlines, quality and activities performed within the field of responsibility. In case of discrepancies between targets and actual, immediately notify manager and agree on appropriate corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related Business-related field
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in transportation environment, with knowledge of import/export customs procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a global work environment.
- Prior experience developing and managing a budget
- Prior experience & knowledge of industry standards related to Incoterms 2010 & International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines
- Ability to travel to worldwide manufacturing locations to support on-the-job training and collaboration
- Ability to manage project teams
- Experience in Semiconductor industry, global manufacturing operations and logistics world-wide (Europe, Asia, USA, Middle East).
