The Executive position offers a unique opportunity to master the bond management processes. You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end process related to bond tracking including handling enquiries, requests, and ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders such as graduate scholars, the Office of Admissions, Student Integration Department, Career Advancement Office, finance team, travel agency, and sponsors. You will also be playing an important support role in projects involving streamlining and automating manual processes, analyzing data, and producing insightful reports. This opportunity promises a dynamic and engaging opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Gain understanding in bond management processes and suggest enhancements.- Gain understanding on enquiries and requests related to bond obligations.- Maintain scholarship agreements database.- Assist the supervisor in coordinating and monitoring improvement and automation initiatives.- Recommends improvements based on understanding of processes.- Tracks project execution effectively.- Partner with supervisor to develop and maintain insightful Power BI dashboards for operations and management reporting.- Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma graduates with 2 years of relevant experience in administration and customer-facing.- Career switchers are welcome to apply- Preferably able to read and write in both English and Mandarin (and use of Hanyu Pinyin) to assist the team with correspondence with mandarin-speaking scholars.- Good communication skill- Keen in data analytics, automation and process improvement.- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.- Basic proficiency in SQL, and Power BI is preferred.- Able to work independently and as a team.
