**Responsibilities**:- Provide guidance to scholars on documentation and processes-
- Data management in ensuring scholars’ information are properly updated and archived- Handle payment/refund/reimbursement related matters including but not limited to airfare and liquidated damage- Provides strong support to the team for automation and digitalisation projects- Assist counter duties, only when needed- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- GCE A Level or Diploma- Preferably with experience in projects (including school project) related to system, digitalisation, automation and workflow documentation using Visio- Good interpersonal and communications skills- Customer centric- Independent and self-starter- Strong team player- Timeliness and meticulous, attentive to details-
- To manage international students' database, translation required (use Hanyu Pinyin for letters)- Proficient in Microsoft knowledge especially MS Words and Excel
This position will be a 1 year contract role.
