**As a Case Management Officer, you will work closely with counsels, external partners, and our in-house team to ensure the successful delivery of arbitration and mediation proceedings. You will manage a case from end-to end, from taking instructions on services required and coordination with service providers, drafting service contracts and quotations, to scheduling in-house/virtual hearing support. You will have knowledge of the dispute resolution process and requirements to assist and advise clients on their cases.**
- Facilitate arbitration and mediation hearings and support requests at Maxwell Chambers. Serve as the principal point of contact for assigned cases.
- Sit in as Virtual Hearing manager
- Managing requests for transcription, translation, and any document management support - from obtaining quotes from external providers to co-ordinating enquiries/amendments and ensuring all work products are produced to client expectations
- Liaising directly with the tribunal, institutions, and various parties to facilitate hearings and handle any logistics or technical queries.
- Troubleshooting client-reported issues and liaising as necessary with the technical operations department until a final resolution is reached.
- Prompt and accurate recording of task information for billing.
- Demonstrate expertise in problem solving and workflow efficiencies
- Capturing client feedback to recommend and advocate for service enhancements.
- Working as a team alongside Customer Relations team to ensure a seamless experience

**Requirements**:

- Current students of Degree/Diploma in Law or equivalent are welcome to apply.
- Understanding of dispute resolution process and documents
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Self-motivated and comfortable in working independently with minimum assistance and within tight timelines
- Organised and meticulous with initiative and good working attitude

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
