**Marketing Associate / Intern**

Quintessential Education (QE) is Singapore’s leading provider of pre-tertiary academic programmes and university admissions advisory for students in the IGCSE and IB curriculum. From digital marketing to word-of-mouth promotion, you will help shape the voice of our company and communicate with an international clientele to grow our business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented marketing associate / intern to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of marketing.

**Job Duties**
- Oversee marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line promotions)
- Develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
- Assist in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content

Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
- Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram account

**Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and curriculum**

**Job Requirements**

**Strong verbal and written communication skills**

**Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite**

**Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus**

**Good communication and interpersonal skills**

**Strong research and analytical skills**

**Keen eye for detail**

**Good attitude to learn and improve**

**Strong time management and organization skills**

**Ability to work independently and as a team**

**Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and in accordance with deadlines**

**Preferably familiar with Social media, Google ads, and Website design**

**What You’ll Learn**
- Implementation of marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line promotions)
- How to develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
- How to manage Google Adwords and Analytics account
- How to manage Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram accounts
- How to manage website and blog accounts

**Additional Details**

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 1000AM to 7PM

**Salary**: This is a paid internship for 6 weeks. $1000

Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024

- 与日常运营和课程设置组进行跨团队合作

**职位要求**
- 有营销自动化和客户关系管理（CRM）工具使用经验者优先考虑
- 有成功起号小红书和微信公众平台经验者优先考虑
- 会Adobe，Canva等设计软件的申请者优先考虑
- 良好的沟通和人际交往能力
- 较强的研究和分析能力
