Marketing Associate / Intern

About Us

Quintessential Education (QE) is Singapore's leading provider of pre-tertiary academic programmes and university admissions advisory for students in the IGCSE and IB curriculum. We are a fast-growing business looking for a dedicated and talented addition to our team. From digital marketing to word-of-mouth promotion, you will help shape the voice of our company and communicate with an international clientele to grow our business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented marketing associate / intern to join our growing team. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and will gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of marketing.

Job Duties

  • Oversee marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line promotions)
  • Develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and website content

Analyse and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics

  • Assist in managing Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram account

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and curriculum

Job Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong research and analytical skills

Keen eye for detail

Good attitude to learn and improve

Strong time management and organization skills

Ability to work independently and as a team

Strong sense of responsibility in fulfilling tasks well and in accordance with deadlines

Preferably familiar with Social media, Google ads, and Website design

What You'll Learn

  • Implementation of marketing campaigns (above-the-line, below-the-line promotions)
  • How to develop an effective and innovative brand plan and marketing strategy to make a strong brand presence
  • How to manage Google Adwords and Analytics account
  • How to manage Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram accounts
  • How to manage website and blog accounts

Additional Details

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 1000AM to 7PM

Salary: This is a paid internship for 6 weeks. $1000

Expected Start Date: 01/11/2024

Office Location: 545 Orchard Road, #14-09, S238882.
