Salary Package: $2,200 - $3,000 (All-in, Attractive staff benefits included)

About the Role

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Lounge Service Crew. You will be the face of our lounge, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customer warmly.
- Assist with customer enquiries and provide customer payment guidance support.
- Maintain lounge cleanliness and ambience at all times
- Serve beverages, snacks, and provide amenities such as blankets and reading materials
- Replenish supplies and ensure the lounge is well-stocked
- Support in handling guest requests and resolving minor issues promptly
- Work closely with the team to deliver a high standard of service

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude and good communication skills
- Customer service experience is a plus (hospitality, F&B, airline, etc.)
